I’ve developed a simple short sale flow chart that has been very helpful to many of my clients that have gone through the short sale process. Since there are a number of complicated & confusing steps throughout the short sale process, I’ve found a simple visual summary has worked well to clear up some of the common questions. This is a very simplified version and does not go into the details of the negotiation process or other steps that take place behind the scenes, but it will give you a reasonable idea of how the overall short sale process will be handled.
